How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 72 hours of shipment.


How do I return a product?

Domestic Orders: Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (less the cost of shipping) or exchange. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Items received after the 30 day period will receive store credit.

Sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned unless the item received is damaged or has been incorrectly shipped.

Please Note:

- please include a copy of your original invoice (your email confirmation) with your return box and indicate the item(s) you wish to return/exchange along with how you wish us to process your return/exchange. If you will be exchanging, please note the item(s) you would like in exchange.

- products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

- bedding must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and condition.

- once your return is received, we will process your request.

- international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

- items returned after the 30 day period will receive store credit only.
