How can I create an account?

1) Click on “Create An Account” at the top of the website.
2) Fill out all the required information on the form.
3) Click on “Create My Account”.
4) You are now a member of shopsirmadam.com. Welcome!

How can I edit my account information?

First log in to your account at the top of the website. Then click on “Account Details” on the left side menu of the My Account page. On the Account Details page, you can edit the following:

- First and Last Name
- Company Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Password

I forgot my password.

First click on “Sign In” at the top of the website. Next, click on the “Forgot Your Password” next to the sign-in form. From there, you will be given further instructions.

 

Order Status

How can I track or check the status of my online order?

If you have an account, you may log in to your account at the top of the website. Click on “View Order Status” on the left side of the My Account page to check the status of your order(s). 

If you do not have an account, please visit the Contact Us page and send us an email.

 

How can I change or cancel my order?

Processing begins immediately after placing your order and ships within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, it is no longer editable and may not be cancelled. If you wish to make a change to your order, please visit the Contact Us page as soon as possible and send us an email. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already shipped. 

 

My order never arrived. What should I do?

If you have an account, log in to your account at the top of the website. Click on “View Order Status” on the left side of the My Account page to check the status of your order(s). Be sure that your order has shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Number, check with the shipper to confirm that your package(s) were delivered. If your order shows a status of "Delivered", please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax online if you are located in the same state as our corporate offices in the state of New York. If you are in the other 49 states it is your responsibility to pay sales tax in your state and up to the laws of your state to collect online sales tax.

I have a question regarding charges to my credit card.

If you have an account, log in to your account at the top of the website. Click on “Completed Orders” on the left side of the My Account page. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.


If you have an account, log in to your account at the top of the website. Click on “Completed Orders” on the left side of the My Account page to print invoices.

When will my credit card be charged?


Your credit card will be pre-charged at time of order and charged will aggregate within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).


If I have made a return, when will the credit appear on my account?


Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

How do I buy/redeem a Sir/Madam gift card?

Click on “Gift Certificates” at the top of the website and it will direct you to our Gift Certificate page. From there, fill out the form and click “Add Gift Certificate To Cart” when you are finished.

To redeem a gift certificate, simply paste the code you were given at the bottom of our checkout page.

How do I use a coupon?

To redeem a coupon, paste the code you were given at the bottom of our checkout page.
